Since launching C Kinion Design in May 2016, I’ve dedicated myself to helping small business owners and entrepreneurs take their businesses and incomes to the next level. My journey combines over two decades of professional growth and personal evolution, blending technical expertise with a heart-centered approach to business.

From Technology to Transformation: My Journey to Empowering Entrepreneurs
My path has been anything but conventional, but every step has shaped my passion for helping entrepreneurs and small business owners align their vision, brand, and business.
2001 - A Foundation in Problem-Solving and Strategy
My journey began in 2001 with a Network Engineering Degree, where I discovered my love for technology and problem-solving. Over the next decade, I worked as a Financial Controller, mastering the art of organization and strategy. At the same time, I ran my own bookkeeping and tax preparation agency, offering support to small business owners and trucking professionals.
2014 to 2016 - The Birth of C Kinion Design
In 2014, I took my first steps into website design as a self-taught freelance designer. Two years later, in May 2016, I launched C Kinion Design, blending my growing expertise in WordPress website design and graphic design with a desire for flexibility as a stay-at-home mom and homeschooling mom.
As I worked with more clients, I realized that having a website is just the start. Building an authentic brand and marketing it effectively is the real key to success. That’s when my passion for branding and marketing blossomed. Today, I help my clients create powerful online presences that inspire trust, foster connections, and drive growth.
2023 - Embracing a Holistic Approach
In 2019, my life took a profound turn. I became my father’s full-time caregiver during his battle with cancer while balancing homeschooling my children and running my business through the COVID pandemic. After his passing in 2020, I felt lost, struggling with grief and depression.
In 2023, I discovered Reiki, a practice that brought me healing and restored my drive. By August, I became a Certified Reiki Master Teacher, deepening my understanding of energy alignment and inspiring me to integrate holistic principles into my work. This approach has transformed how I help clients align their businesses with their values, energy, and vision.
2023 to Present - A Commitment to Growth and Innovation
I’m currently pursuing Bachelors, Masters, and Doctorate degrees in Metaphysical Science, reflecting my dedication to lifelong learning. I’m also exploring how cutting-edge tools like ChatGPT can elevate my clients' branding and marketing strategies, blending technology with my holistic approach.
